HOW WE WORK
The SLM Team uses the following process for project development.
The first step in our process is to clearly define project objectives, which typically begins with SLM’s external affairs team on-site.
After client objectives have been defined, the SLM project team will get to work on a custom solution design.
Next, SLM will develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) and visual demonstrations to ensure objectives and repeatable practices are understood by the entire organization.
Following development, the SLM team will manufacture and test all mechanical solutions at our headquarters in Superior, Wisconsin.
Next, the SLM external affairs team will implement the solution on-site to verify installation and conduct field tests.
To ensure a safe work environment, the SLM team will train our clients’ operation staff one-on-one. Training will focus on repeatable, operational procedures from one employee to another.
Lastly, every winch and hoist system will require routine service, maintenance, and inspection to ensure that the equipment is operational. To guarantee your SLM solution is operating at peak performance, we offer a 24/7/365 customer service line and field support when necessary.
